He suggests instead building a smaller dedicated vehicle that is refueled in orbit for the transit, not to send the entire Starship. Otherwise he LOVES SpaceX as he well should. | |

The first one has been under construction for 6 years and is only partially completed. It would defeat the point of the effort put into the construction process by the Senate to have it completed after only 2 years, anyway... | |
