The Virtual AGC page has Revision A and B of the LM systems handbook listed in 'Recent additions'.

  • Revision A is for LM1 (AS-206), Oct 27, 1966. This seems to be a complete document, 273 pages.
  • Revision B is also for LM1, March 16, 1967. 282 pages.

For completeness' sake I'll list what else I found.
