What is the formula for calculating the elapsed time to sunrise and sunset of a satellite.

Example: Satellite to sunrise +00:01:00 Satellite to sunset -00:45:21

$\begingroup$ You'll have to tell us what data you're working with and required precision. Can we assume you have a complete set of orbital elements available, or is this for some simplified model? It would also help if you specified the primary body, and if satellite's attitude matters to you. $\endgroup$ – TildalWave Aug 28 '15 at 14:58
