  • $\begingroup$ @JonEricson That was not my intent. I was curious about the ISRO employee base and I couldn't find any information. I happened to find some while I was in the process of drafting my question, but it was incomplete so I thought I would post it so that others could help flesh it out. $\endgroup$

According to this link and this pdf, there are 14713 staff working under ISRO as of 2012.

It would seem according to this table on the ISRO site that they had 15,483 employees as of 2010.
