They are making vehicles to go to mars with and they haven't gone yet. And it is said that they want to camp there and bring people and even have a space camp.

Are they building on mars or do they have a camp there?

No and No!

Part of the problem is the Mars One scam. You can see there are many posts here specifically containing the search term "Mars One": https://space.stackexchange.com/search?q=%22mars+one%22 and despite all of the hype, we can take the word of Canadian astronaut, space musician and public outreach figure Chris Hadfield who said it as clearly as it can be said:

Mars One was a scam.

The reality is that there are serious concerns about the physical and mental health issues associated with a six month trip in a tin can to Mars, and a huge! amount of money and time necessary to bring supplies infrastructure to Mars before humans could survive there. See answers to How might the experience of a trip to Mars differ in comfort and heath impact from a stint on the ISS?

Also:

There are no camps on Mars and there are no serious plans to do it in the near Future. It may happen one day, but it's not just around the corner.

$\begingroup$ Your answer only discusses Mars One and implies that there is nothing else. There are serious, near-future plans and ongoing robotic exploration that have nothing at all to do with Mars One. $\endgroup$ – Christopher James Huff Apr 1 at 13:12
  • $\begingroup$ @ChristopherJamesHuff The question is "Are they building on mars or do they have a camp there?" and "they want to camp there and bring people and even have a space camp" and I've addressed the question as asked. Except for the Mars One Scam there are no imminent plans to build space camps on Mars any time soon. I don't see how robotic missions will need either a camp or anything else built. If you do then please write an answer based on robot camps or robots living in buildings; I look forward to reading about them! $\endgroup$ – uhoh Apr 1 at 13:57
  • $\begingroup$ I think you are aware of Starship. SpaceX is currently building and testing prototypes of a spacecraft capable of landing 100+ t on Mars, and plan on starting a colonization project within the next few synods. And the robotic probes around and on the surface of Mars are a valuable source of information guiding their efforts. $\endgroup$ – Christopher James Huff Apr 1 at 14:47
  • $\begingroup$ @ChristopherJamesHuff I have to admit that SpaceX and okay Elon Musk succeeds at just about anything he decides he wants to do and I know those large, powerful and low cost reusable ships are likely going to be suitable for bringing lots of mass to Mars, But the answers to "Are they building on mars or do they have a camp there?" are still No and No. and while Musk may get people there in his lifetime, it was the Mars One scam that raised false hopes that it may happen soon. Did Musk suggest a date or a timeframe when there would be :*camps of people* on Mars? $\endgroup$ – uhoh Apr 2 at 0:46

$\begingroup$ @ChristopherJamesHuff I've thought further and just asked Are there any at least somewhat authoritative estimates of how long it will be before people will land on mars and setting up camp? $\endgroup$ – uhoh Apr 8 at 1:10
