Then see if the question has already been asked. For instance there are answers about how the International Space Station is protected from debris, and you might be able to find one about the risk of collision in a hypothetical manned mission to Mars. Also, try and get an understanding of how fast spaceships are travelling for different purposes. My answer only made sense when your question asked about interstellar travel. | |
