+1 There are certainly companies that are developing "clip-on" units to extend the lifetime of high value satellites in Earth orbit, so I think "yes" to "is it possible". But "is it possible" questions are not a good fit here because the answer is always "Yes, but how much money/time do you have?" I'm going to adjust your question slightly to keep it from being closed as likely to attract opinion-based answers.
